Canon EOS 5D
October 15, 2007
The Canon EOS 5D 12.8MP is the first full frame DSLR camera with a standard lightweight body size, it also uses Canon’s EF lenses without any conversion factor.

The full frame capture of the 5D allows for low noise photography at high ISOs allowing users to take pictures in low light. The 5D shoots at up to 3 fps with a burst rate that captures up to 17 consecutive RAW images. The Canon EOS 5D full frame 12.8MP CMOS sensor combined with the DIGIC II imaging engine, 9-point AF system with 6 assist points, and colour control will produce images of superior quality with more than enough resolution for any application.
